Wesley Wood technician – Justin and a sales rep, delivered professional & courteous service today and promptly resolved the AC issue. They listened to my concerns and thoroughly explained the problem. I am very satisfied with my experience. Grateful to have a working unit again during this heat wave.

So far not impressed. Ac stopped working during a heat wave. House is constantly anywhere between 80-90 degrees. I have an elderly mother and a child at hone. They have to bear the heat all day long. So far it’s 2 days to get a part. Called today and they said they ate waiting to hear back from the manufacturer for the part. They didn’t update me they are waiting on thr manufacturer. They offered a portable ac unit to us in the mean time. Told the woman on the phone if a gray car is in the garage knock on the door and have the tech install it. Wife was home but no one knocked. To top it off they dropped off the portable ac unit with a missing part so I can’t hook it up. I called and complained and all I got was that sticks sorry. We can get someone out tomorrow mid afternoon. When I reminded them I have an elderly mother and child at home and this is putting them at risk to be in a home yhsts 90 all day they didn’t care. Why does my family have to suffer because of your screw up. The worst part is that their customer service sucks. Not once did I hear “let me see what I can do” or there was no effort on making things better. It was sorry anything else I can help you with Edit; was told it would take 2 days to get the part. Got a call this morning saying it’s going to be over a week to get the part. Don’t give customers a time frame of you arw not sure when you’ll be able to get the part

Had my thermostat repaired by this company. The job was done however, I was left with noticeable holes in my floor. The guys said nothing about it. I’ve reached out to the company and still have not heard anything back. No respect for my home or my property
