On the 4th of July our air conditioner quits in late afternoon, so on the morning of the 5th we call Mahalo first thing and by 9:00 they were here and replaced the run cap and cleaned t the unit. It is working!!!!!! So fast and thorough. THANK YOU!!@

I have now used mahalo for the past 8 years I’m never had bad experience with their customer service or their professional workmanship. In the past I have used other HVAC companies and have had bad experiences. Mike and Troy came out last Tuesday to service my unit to try to detect if there were any leaks everything went so smoothly very honest and detailed on the work. I am a regular and they will treat anyone as if you have been using them for a long time thank you again.

Have had Mahalo do a complete system on one of my house flips and was very pleased with the install so I decided to have them come look at the system at my personal residence, unfortunately the canceled not once but twice because they wanted confirmation, in fact the first time they requested a call back if the scheduled appointment would NOT work, I’m old school if you make an appointment keep it! I’ll be looking for someone who actually wants to show up and sell their product, that includes my future flips as well

We just had Mahalo come out to put in 3 heating/cooling units and we are delighted! The young men who came out were friendly, courteous, and professional! Completed in one day and the units are beautiful, even the outside units and duct works look pretty snazzy! Thank you Mahalo and especially thanks for the crew, they were awesome!!!

*Edited* it has been going on over two years and they where called out yet again and still summer coming again and it is still not working. I do not own the property or i would just have another person fix it and be done with it! This is the worst service i have ever had with any business. Have had them come out several times to fix my central air..due to it not running properly. After 3 times of nothing actually being fixed on it and it not cooling or heating properly I gave up with them. One guy I spoke with when I was explaining the issue I was having was talking to me like I didn’t actually have a issue and I was running it too low on very hot days…no reason for my house to be 90 when I have a ac unit! Another man came looked at everything told me I needed a part and it was under warranty still, was going to order part…wait several weeks hear nothing contact them, same man comes back forgot what he was here for first time and was suppost to have ordered. Then finally actually ordered the part the second time because he had forgot to the first time!!!! All that trouble and it still has not worked properly.

So greatful for Micheal to save the day!Called today when I noticed the ac wouldn’t kick on.The staff was too booked up to fit us in until Monday.Called back in desperation and Micheal came out 15 min before his scheduled off time (on a Friday at that) found a loose wire and got our 87 degree house back to comfortable!
