There is a reason this company has great reviews. Their customer service is kind and prompt and their techs are professional and very knowledgable. I was told by try county I needed a new control box and they were rude with scheduling and come to find out that they were incorrect on everything. Athen explains everything thoroughly and diagnoses everything with expertise. He found that my wiring was wrong from initial installation and the settings in my control box were incorrect. He fixed everything and was wonderful to have in my house, I wish I would have had them install my unit from the very beginning. Lessons learned, do your research.

Athen is amazing. I say this from the perspective of a very long term client. He helped us in our new house in Portland in 2009 and after. When we relocated to central Oregon we were thrilled to discover that he also is here now. He understands HVAC in a deeper way than any contractor we have had experience with. Troubleshooting is no problem for him! I recommend him, and Pyramid in general, for anyone who has a more-than-basic HVAC system.

I have used this service for 15 years. Always available for service, or repair. Athen has been the person to take care of my home needs for Heating and Air Conditioning. The floor in the home is heated with hot water. He set up the heating system for it. Very professional service.
