Reached out 6/11/24 via their online contact form to schedule a maintenance service on my mini split. Service was scheduled for 6/18. Tech couldn’t find anything wrong with my unit but wasn’t able to fully test it either. Stated the universal remote I purchased via another source may be the cause of subpar performance from my unit. Stated he would get me a price estimate for the remote the following day. (Supplier is on the East coast and it was after 5pm PST.) 6/25/24, a full week later I contacted Diversified once again via their online contact form to follow up. Was told the estimate information was on the invoice that was emailed (never received an invoice) and the invoice would be sent again, with a follow up call to discuss things further. When I called back I learned of the price of the remote (~$150) and that it would be ordered then. It’s been another full week and I still don’t have the invoice for my original service or the new remote that was ordered. During this time of waiting…and waiting for Diversified, I read the back of my universal remote and discovered it was set to the wrong channel. My unit is running just fine now, without the help of Diversified or a new remote.

Diversified has been a wonderful company to work with. Their prices were better than most, their staff has been exceptional, and they have always kept their word. We had an issue a year after the initial install and they were prompt in correcting the problem. Thank you for being a good company in our community.

I have used this wonderful company for at least the last 7 years. The feeling you get from them is more of a family helping you than a company. I use diversified to come out twice a year the service central heat and my AC. I have even called them on a Sunday morning to check a problem with my fireplace and they have responded, have come to the house, and have fixed the problem. I can’t speak anymore highly of these wonderful people and how well they take care of you.

I called to make an appointment to have my gas furnace inspected and they were able to come out and look at it that morning. The technician(Clifford) was professional/knowledgeable. He was fast and efficient, and had my furnace up and running again in no time. I’m very pleased with their service and will hire them again if I have any future HVAC issues. Gregory K.

On June 7, 2024, Johnny Ray came to our home to determine why our air conditioner was not working. After reviewing the equipment in the house, he cleaned the coils and replaced the capacitor it became evident that the air conditioner needed to be replaced after 13 years of use. He then reviewed a number of models of air conditioners that we could consider and provided quotes for us on each one. He was so efficient, friendly, patient and knowledgeable. He explained every step he was taking and why in plain English that a non-technical person could clearly understand. And he did not rush his work nor the time he took to work with us on deciding the best way to proceed and the best replacement unit to choose. He is a true professional who clearly loves his work. I would never hesitate to have Johnny Ray come to our home again for any heating or cooling issue. He cares about his customers, and I am grateful to have found someone like that to help us, both now and in the future.

We too had a great experience with Diversified. Initially, when our Mitsubishi heat pump went out we contacted another local heating and cooling company. After 4 months and 5 separate visits they still had not determined the issue. So we gave up on them and contacted Diversified. David came out and within 30 minutes of his visit he discovered the problem and mapped out the solution. Two days later he returned with a coworker to do the work. Our heat pump has been running fine ever since. His skill and high quality work are much appreciated.

Charles and Travis from Diversified installed our new heat pump today. Wow! It has only been running for ten minutes and our house is warming SO much faster than our older propane furnace! This was a big decision for us and we definitely had some concerns going into the process. Our initial consultation was with Jess, who explained everything in great detail. Charles and Travis did an amazing job during the installation and in explaining the new thermostat, the phone app and the basics of operation. We couldn’t be happier with how everything went. Everyone has been so professional throughout, and it gives us great confidence that they will be there for us for future maintenance and any troubleshooting. Thank you, Diversified! We would highly recommend them to anyone considering heat pump installation!
