Joel was very knowledgeable and very attentive to our comments and needs. He went out of his way to explain and discuss our issues and potential solutions. Can’t say enough about Joel’s efforts to explain to me the issues and what could be done about it. I rarely leave comments but it’s so refreshing to see an individual with the forgotten concept of customer service. Thanks to the company for fostering this type of service!

I did appreciate their quick scheduling and the tech was knowledgeable and courteous – resolved my issue within 30 minutes without trying to sell me a whole new unit. So thumbs up for that. On the negative side: creepy way of taking pictures of the outside of your house and your equipment without asking – They charged fair on the labor rate which I expected, but they robbed me by charging $200 for a $20 capacitor. I don’t expect parts at cost, but I did pay labor and would have been happy paying a profit for their parts – but this was beyond egregious. I called the manager to see if they could throw me a bone and he insisted that the gouging was warranted –

Cascade Heating sent their technician, Joel, to diagnose and fix the problem with my air conditioning. Joel was prompt, polite, knowledgeable, and committed to explaining every detail of the process to me. Most of it went over my head, but Joel Said he had to explain because Cascade is committed to transparency in their services and labor. In the end, I needed a New thermostat, and Joel had the exact kind I wanted with him. I remain 100% satisfied that I picked Cascade Heating for my furnace, air, conditioner, and service. They’re a company with 5* service, products, and integrity.

Our technician Jesse came to our rescue today in a prompt response to our failed A/C unit. He was very thorough in his diagnostics and quick to pinpoint a solution to a very involved system!
