Chris, Kaiden, Kyler, and the office people were great and did a wonderful job. My AC wasn’t cooling as good as it had been, and it was getting hot. They came out on a Monday, and were able to get out earlier than my initial appointment was scheduled for. They determined that I had a leak in my outside unit and added some refrigerant and scheduled me an appointment to replace the outside unit, only two days later. The AC worked fine until Wednesday and they arrived and changed out the outside unit. The cost was comparable to what it cost me 10 years ago when I had it replaced, which was a nice surprise. Everything is working great, and the three gentlemen who were here on the two visits were very professional and friendly. I will definitely call them again if I have any other issues. I have already let three other people know what a great job they did.

They was really knowledgeable and thorough with their inspection of the AC and they’re also not afraid to let you know when they’re working on it. What’s going on with it and they’re not trying to just sell you a unit

I called and we had an appointment set up very quickly for a time that best fit my needs. My technician Michael was very professional and explained everything he was going to do to diagnose the problem. He found the problem rather quickly and throughly explained my options for billing. My AC is fixed and I am extremely pleased with this company. They are very affordable and are good at what they do. I would highly recommend.

Our technician arrived on time and was very friendly. Showed him where the problem was and he did a thorough inspection of our heat and air system inside and out. He changed out some parts and told us it all looked good. He could no longer hear it dripping.Very personable and professional. The next day we could hear a drip again, we called him and he came back to our house at no charge. He advised that we needed to call a plumber. Which we did and the problem was fixed quickly. We appreciate his dedication to seeing our job was done correctly. They definitely have our recommendation!

I was very pleased with my entire experience with this company. Christian was my technician who changed out and replaced my a/c unit and he did a fantastic job. Fast quality service! He went above and beyond! Ron and Mike did the service call. They took their time and explained everything to me and let me know my options and made it clear and easy to understand. They explained my financial options and got my house cooled off in a fast!! I am so glad I choose these guys for the job and I will recommend them to anyone in need of heat and air issues. These are your guys! Very happy and no longer sweating!!!
