All-Tech Heating/Air/ Plumbing Technicians ( Adam and Damian), performed the AC Unit System Service. Adam introduced himself and co-worker, Damian. They were friendly, polite, respectful and professional. Adam explained what the service entails. Adam explained thoroughly and showed pictures of the findings Suggestions, explanations and costs were given. We were very impressed and pleased with the knowledge, professionalism and performance of the team. Terrible terrible service. We have to go through them because of American Homeshield. I made a claim last summer and the guy came out and cleaned our unit and didn’t fix the issue we were having then. The breaker kept tripping and we knew something still wasn’t right, but couldn’t keep paying $75 for them to come back to look what was wrong. Fast forward to this year, I paid another $100 for them to come check duct work. They basically told us the system needed to be replaced, but the ducts were fine. We were quoted over $17,000 for a new system and insulation. I decided to get a quote from another company Moonlight Mechanical and they charged us 10,124 for the same amount of insulation and a better system. Moonlight Mechanical came to put insulation in today and there is a hole in the duct work that All Tech said there was NOTHING wrong with! There is insulation coming out of the duct into my sons room. All tech is all about the money, not the quality of their work.
