I was needing to find a new HVAC company regarding my heater for a checkup and noise issues with the air filters when I see a TV ad for 49.00 maintenance special. I googled them and the reviews were all very good! Don came out and was excellent in finding the issue. He replaced my noisy filters and checked the unit. He explained all he had done in great detail. He was very helpful, polite and pleasant! I will definitely be a repeat costumer!

Amazing service, reputable company, who is reliable also!!! They had a sticker on my old thermostat And when I called them the phone number and the company was still in business.! It was about 20 years old and I called them. They we’re still in business, understood the equipment and fixed the problem immediately without breaking my budget, and installed the new thermostat controller that was a modern and up to date one, and very easy to use!!! My family was very happy. This is a great company and I highly recommend them!!! 😇👍👨‍👩‍👧‍👧❤️🇺🇸

We bought a new home and TS had installed the Heat & Air system. We were having low air flow in one room and it was very uncomfortable. We were still under warranty, and called them. TS came out and made some changes to the duct work right away! They stand behind their work 100% Happy customer here.

TS Heat & Air had serviced our existing system since we bought our home since they had installed the system. We wanted to upgrade to a better system since ours was getting much older. They quoted us a great price and their work is impeccable!! I cannot recommend them highly enough! We have a 94% efficient Lennox HVAC system for a wonderful price!!!! Thank TS

Another company referred me and spoke very highly of their work. I needed an estimate while in the process of selling my home and before I could give them any information I was told that they wouldn’t be able to help me. I wish I could give zero stars for customer service, as a business the very least you could do is give a quote.

They claim to be open 24/7 and that you never talk to a recording only a live person, neither of those were actually true. My call from the previous evening was never returned, and when I called again the next day, even though I was an existing customer, they couldn’t get to me until the day after. I’m giving two stars instead of one because when they do show up, they seem to do a good job.

T S did our unit when we built our house 19 years ago, they have done all maintenance and work on it since then, they installed a new unit for us yesterday. They arrived when they said they would, did a great and time efficient job, they were polite and DID NOT leave trash strewn about. Would HIGHLY recommend them for any and all heat/ac needs!! Eric and Ricky did a fabulous job!!
