This was by far the easiest and most honest service call I have ever had to my house for anything. Ken did a phenomenal job and displayed top notch customer service with full transparency when it came to price, his assessment of the heating/cooling system, as well as pricing for possible replacements but no pushing or shoving to make a sale. This is a person who clearly wants the customer to be happy and satisfied with the service and I undoubtedly am. 100/100 recommend!

Ken is awesome! We returned home from vacation at midnight to a sweltering house. Checked out some of the companies you see on TV who advertise 24 hour service — their reviews were terrible. Stumbled upon the stellar reviews for Youngstown Comfort Systems and left a message in the wee morning hours. Ken was on the phone with me at 7:00 AM, and came over that afternoon. He found the issues, discussed our options, gave us an outstandingly fair price, and fixed it. While it sucks to have AC problems in the middle of a heat wave, we are so happy to have found Youngstown Comfort Systems — the great reviews were right! Ken is our guy going forward and I highly recommend his services.

Highly recommend!! Very Professional,does as he says meaning if he says he will be there he will be. Pricing is awesome I had them do a full Install an so happy I choose to go with them! He will fully explain everything to u an answer all ur questions with full respect! Ken is a all around Good dude! YCS is the only company I recommend to people!!

Called another big name company to take a look at my old ac unit, it took them a while to come out and they gave me the run around getting parts. Got Kenny’s number from a friend, and Kenny was at my house and day with the part the other company said was broke. Verified that more was wrong with my AC unit which was more than 35 years old. Kenny came back the next day and installed a brand new unit for me. Had one minor issue with the plugs, Kenny came out same day I called and replaced free of charge. He really stands behind his work and is very responsive!

Youngstown Comfort Systems installed my heating and air for me. I was given options on things like the high efficiency heater or not. I never felt pressure one way or the other even though the high efficiency obviously costs more. Everything was installed professionally and on time. Everything was cleaned up and disposed of before they left. I would HIGHLY recommend using Youngstown Comfort Systems.

Ken and his team are TOP notch for all your heating and cooling needs. I was having furnace issues right at the beginning of winter, not the best time to discover you need a new furnace. The team at Youngstown Comfort Systems answered promptly and came out very quickly. With it being so close to the holidays I was looking for the cheapest fix possible so they attempted to fix my old furnace, but Ken also explained to us there was a very slim chance it would fix the issue. The guy knows what he’s talking about because it didn’t, needed a new one. He got us right in on his busy schedule and I haven’t had an issue since. On top of all that he contacted us about coming back to boot up the AC as soon as the weather broke!!! I 100% expected to have to contact him. Definitely the EXTRA in extraordinary!!! Great guy with an awesome team!!! It’s hard to find honest, trustworthy people who work in heating and cooling but WE DEFINITELY HIT GOLD!!!
