this was the first time we have used KIMMEL and it was very good experience. the technician was very good and knowledgeable as to what the problem was and very quick to address the problem. their pricing was very reasonable. we will use them for any future heating and cooling repairs or complete replacement’s.

We’ve been working with Kimmel for several years for our mini-split system. They’ve always been great. Ali did a wonderful job on our annual maintenance check today and their prices have been very reasonable. Thankful for a good small business with knowledgeable employees. I really like how they text updates of who is coming, a description of their work experience, a picture and when they are close to arriving.

Their membership plan which puts your 2x a year A/C and furnace tune up on a easy to remember schedule gives peace of mind that I can squeeze a few years out of an appliance and make sure my family is safe. Every technician has been on time, professional, kind, and easy to ask questions. Consistency builds loyalty and Kimmel is the only service we use.
