Like everyone else has said, Greg is awesome. He’s a seasoned veteran in the HVAC business and gladly differentiates between truth and scam that some other companies will try to sell you on. Unfortunately, there are far too many HVAC contractors who have long ago stopped practicing the Golden Rule of serving others like they would want to be served in the pursuit of profits. Greg is like a breath of fresh air in comparison and full of integrity. We have a private natural gas well and the nature of that is that it tends to burn hotter & dirtier than conventional natural gas would. Unfortunately, this tends to cause issues with furnace heat exchangers and our 9-year old Carrier unit was no exception to this. I met with 3 different companies before deciding what to do. The first was trying to sell a new furnace before the cover on the furnace was off. The second one was willing to replace, but I wasn’t sold on the junior level tech that came out. After meeting Greg I knew he was the perfect man for the job and that there wouldn’t be anything he couldn’t easily tackle. I’ve added Greg’s # to my phone and I’m sure we’ll be working together again soon to get some maintenance items done! Thanks again!!

Greg was awesome! Everyone else that came out over the past few years told me my furnace needed replaced! I put a new thermostat in and there was a fine adjustment that the directions didn’t mention! He changed it, it works fine and he didn’t even charge me! When I do replace it, I’m definitely calling Greg!

I own a pizza shop in town and contacted fusion to replace some hood belts. On time and reasonable. A couple weeks later I noticed my cooler wasn’t holding temp and called Greg at 4 pm expecting he’d come out the next day. Nope, he’s like “I’m on my way”. Excellent service.

Absolute best, was told I had a bad compressor by one company and told to get a new furnace by another. Fuson came out told me it was the thermostat cost me 30 dollars at home depot and problem solved. Saved me between $3000-$14000 dollars. Will use again

HE IS VERY RESPONSIVE TO CALLS WITH PROBLEMS TO EITHER OUR A/C OR HEATING ISSUES. HE DOES NOT TRY TO SELL YOU NEW IF HE CAN FIX THE EXISTING UNIT. VERY VERY REASONABLY PRICED.

Called when felt there was a problem with my A/C, compressor was installed by him a few years ago. Hosed down the compressor after checking pressures and told me it was fine. Called back in the afternoon because it was not maintaining the temperature and felt he ignored my concern. Next day the A/C not working at all and now unavailable for a week. Certainly cannot recommend
