We recently hired Watkins Heating & Cooling to replace our aging furnace and air conditioner. From the initial contact, to the analysis with multiple recommendations, to the finished installed product, the process was professional with the highest level of customer service across the board. The two young men who installed our system—on two of the hottest days of the year, working diligently under trying conditions and in a challenging space to install the furnace—were nothing short of exceptional.
