Okay, so I am going to start with 2 stars for now. I bought a brand new Furnace and AC right before July 4th. (Yes it was hot that week.) they installed it on July 5th. I left town for a week on July 6th-July 13th and here we are July 16th and my brand new system stopped working. I discovered the system was out when I got home today. There is moisture and the sensor tripped and won’t turn back on. I reached out to my sales guy and he told me to call which they “can’t get someone out until Thursday.” I also had an issue on the 14th of July where my house was heating up even though I had it set to a lower temperature. I am spending a lot of money on this brand new system and can’t even enjoy it. When it is really hot outside. Their tech is suppose to call me yet I have not heard anything. Not happy. I haven’t even been able to enjoy my new system as being gone. And here we are again HOT.

5 star heating & cooling? Well I’m not sure about that. Currently in the middle of a heat wave and our air cut out. The tech sees our home – sees it’s a manufactured home and then just leaves. That time I could’ve used to find someone else has been wasted. Why not see someone who has a manufactured home? Not to mention it’s newer and very nice! Why not ask when making the appt!! I have a child and a dog and it’s currently 85 degrees in my home. Thank you very much for your service! I’m severely disappointed.
