Called Zach on Tuesday and he was at my house Wednesday afternoon. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it all within a hour. He was truthful and very reasonably priced. Also was less than half of the other quotes we got.

Honestly next level personal service ! Zach went above and beyond. Took me on as a new customer during a particularly nasty winter storm and the company I was currently using told me they couldn’t get to me for 5 days. Even though I knew he was already slammed he made me feel like I was at priority regardless. Repaired the issue, Ridiculously fair pricing. 11/10 Highly highly recommend.

Was struggling to find someone so close to Christmas to fix my furnace not turning on, Zach came quick despite the bad weather and had my furnace up and running within minutes of showing up!

Zach has helped me with various repairs over the years, including HVAC and even replacing my roof! Most recently, we woke up on Sunday morning to the smell of propane. We contacted Zach and he responded immediately, telling us to shut off the propane. He came out that day to assess the situation and determined it was time to replace the 25 year old furnace. He was able to quickly find one that would work for us at an affordable price, and got it installed on Tuesday, the week before Christmas, with single digit temps and a snowstorm in the forecast. He will always be the one we call for help!

I have used Zach on different homes I have owned. He is meticulous, responsive, affordable, honest and does great work. He took time to explain to me everything he was doing. He has done large jobs such as replacing a balcony, building on a roof over a patio complete with ceiling fans, HVAC work and adding bathroom fans with roof ventilation. All of his work has been fantastic. I would highly recommend Perfection Contracting to anyone looking for a trustworthy craftsman who cares about his work.

Called Zachary on a Sunday afternoon after my blower from my home HVAC unit quit working. It was hot that day and Zachary came out and analyzed the situation, ordered a new part and it was installed the next evening.
