From troubleshooting and maintenance with Greg, then scheduling with Amber, through installation with Kevin, Dan and Shane and follow up with Dave this is THE BEST heating and cooling company in central Ohio. I have used them before in my business and continue to use them in my home and rental home. My family also uses them. They are always punctual, friendly and fair. I have highly recommended them in the past and will continue to do so. I know you too will have a positive experience dealing with this great group of people.

Called Ohio Heating to obtain an estimate for a new furnace and air conditioner. The service from beginning to end was excellent. I received the estimate on a Wednesday morning and by noon Thursday I had a new air conditioner, furnace and hot water heater. Everyone was very professional, on time, respected my property, answered questions and explained everything. They identified additional problems and quickly resolved them. This company goes above and beyond to offer quality products and services. I would highly recommend Ohio Heating.

We had a great experience with Ohio Heating. Our A/C broke down in the hottest week of the summer. OH came out the next day and took time to do a full diagnosis. Multiple components were broken, so we discussed all good options. We chose a new unit and they were out the next day to install it. Everyone was helpful, professional, and skilled. I trusted that everyone knew exactly what they were doing and they provided exceptional service. We got a good value for our new unit too, which was incredible given the timing. We were sleeping in a cool house within days. Thank you!

Outstanding experience. Professional, thorough and detailed estimate for required work. Only quoted what needed to be replaced vs. entire system from competitor who did not even look at system to determine what components actually needed to be replaced. In addition Ohio Heating’s estimate spefically described each component by name and model number. Quote from competitor would not provide specifics only heat pump, furnace, thermostat. When asked for details they said they could not provide model numbers and would be contingent on what was available at time of install. Went with Ohio Heating and scheduled installation.Technicians arrive on time as promised. Extremely professional top quality installation. Went over system operation and set up. Could not be happier with Ohio Heating. They are honest and reliable. Be aware of others in the area when choosing a HVAC company.

Ohio Heating Installed two ductless minisplit systems for our third floor attic, and I am very pleased with their work. It would be hard to imagine that the level of customer care they provided, from start to finish, could be matched by anybody else. I would highly recommend Ohio Heating for your HVAC needs!
