I’ve recently used Mon-Dak for both replacing a bad furnace as well as fixing another existing furnace. Each time they have shown up within a few hours and were very helpful. I would recommend them to anyone I know with furnace issues.

Incredible customer service, very friendly and professional representatives. Fair prices and fast customer support. The techs included me in the conversations without talking down or trying to oversell. Good advice and insight the entire time. 10/10 will use again.

Called and they answered promptly and told me someone would get back to me. Less than 2 hours later they called to set up the work, and told me they gave priority to no heat calls, which blew my mind. I am so thankful for that. Most places would give priority to the biggest most profitable job. Dog Chewed through some low voltage wires on the AC unit and popped a fuse in the Furnace when we switched it to A/C. Fixed Fuse, adjusted thermostat and tested, and repaired cabling. Reasonable bill. Receptionist and tech both were extremely nice. Class A service!

Rick is awesome! He is friendly and knowledgeable about our “ancient” system. He told us what problem could be and by having us check a couple of things the heat is working again
