Does poor work over charges unit year and a half old and this will be the 5th time they are having to come fix it after charging 13k for a 5k unit but I paid for convenience they was only ones that could come the next day I have 2 kids and it was middle of summer but now I see why they was available the next day and to .make matters worse speak to the manager to voice my thoughts on it all and he was probally the rudest person I’ve ever spoke to sorry company sorry manager horrible experience go with anybody but them

We waited all day for repair and around 3:30 they called and said there was a glitch in the schedule and can’t be here today. It is96 inside our house.

Stay away! We have had our unit for two years now and this is the third time it has stopped working and someone is having to come out. Every single time there wasn’t anyone available to come out the same day. Online says 24 hour service but I have yet to see it. Now we have to sleep in this heat tonight and hope that the fix isn’t going to be something outlandish. We bought a new unit so we wouldn’t have these issues. UPDATE: No surprise based on other reviews that they canceled my 12-4pm appointment today at 2pm! I went ahead and called and canceled my service plan. No Bob I will not be calling you because the multiple employees that I talked to today didn’t seem to care about my frustrations! I will make sure everyone I know never uses Brothers!

So they were supposed to come out to my home today between 12-4. 2 mins before 4 I called them to ask where they are at. They advised me that they will have dispatch call me to let me know an ETA. No one called I received a text that they need to reschedule. So I call them back and I advise them I know it’s not your fault but I have been sitting here since noon. They said they already put me in the schedule for August the 5 which I work and I told them that will not work for me. I asked to speak to a supervisor who at first would not let me talk and then advised me that the next available appointment would be end of July. Unacceptable customer service will never be using them again. If they treat customers like that then how do they treat them and the ac unit when they get to the home. Y’all have a great day and hopefully you go somewhere else than these people.

Our air went out on a Friday afternoon and Amber from Brothers came out within 2 hours of our call. Amber was awesome and made sure we understood everything she was telling us about our options. Being we knew we were coming to the end of life on our heat pump we decided to buy all new. Tom from brothers came out to tell us what he thought would be our best options. After going over everything we made our choice. A tough year was made even tougher with needing to replace our whole unit But, Brothers will be here Monday and we will move on from this. We will keep you posted after everything is installed. Thanks Brothers for getting us on the schedule so quickly.

After waiting all day when they said they would be here between 12 and four they decided to wait the last minute to call and say they couldn’t make it. I could have made other arrangements. This company is horrible. Do not use them.

Brothers Air, Heat & Plumbing installed 2 units for us in March of 2023: a 2 ton for 1st floor and a 1 1/2 ton for 2nd floor. We have @Rheem.com units and were directed to Brothers Air, Heat & Plumbing by our local @Lowes.com store. August 1, 2023, we contacted them to let them know that the 2nd floor was not cooling, unit was not meeting the set point, and it was humid and uncomfortable. August 2, 2023 a tech came out to diagnose. Stated that the copper line for the coolant that was to be replaced at install, was not replaced and the wrong size. It needed a new line. We called and emailed until September 7th, over a month later, when techs came back to fix. They did not fix it. We have emails saying techs were on the way 9/8, 9/9, 9/15 and finally 9/25. On 9/25, they did not repair the line, they said what was needed was to increase the size of the intake for the unit which they did. However, the heat of the season had passed so we had no real way of knowing if it was truly fixed. Jump forward to April of 2024, we received an email saying the labor portion of the warranty had expired and we could pay extra per month to keep a policy with them. May of 2024, we experienced our first hot day and guess what…the unit would not cool and our 2nd floor was hot and humid. 5/22/2024 Another tech came to the house to diagnose. It was confirmed the 2nd story unit was not cooling or meeting the set points. 6/3/2024 (today) and we still have not heard what or when Brothers intends to do to repair. But I can say that the unit is running constantly and has not saved us a penny over the nearly 20 year old unit it replaced. If they try to sell you on 24-Hour Service Guarantee – don’t believe it. If they try to sell you on a Comfort Guarantee – don’t believe it. If they say you have a 100% Unconditional Money-Back Guarantee – don’t believe it. This company is only quality and service minded until they receive your payment. After that, the customer is on their own. **Update 6/05 – we have spoken with Bob (see their response) numerous times.

I would like to thank HVAC Service Technician Alex Fowell for his great service to my system that wasn’t cooling my house like it should of been,Alex kept me in the loop as to what was wrong,how he was going to fix the problem and stayed with me to make sure the unit was working correctly before he left Brothers I’m sure you know Alex is a keeper in your business,thanks pj campbell ststesville nc.

Very professional experience in the comfort of my own home. These guys are top notch in my opinion. I highly recommend Brothers Heating and Air⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️My new system has seriously helped lower my power bill and increased the comfort of my home. So happy to have been able to pay it off in less than a year through financing it with Home Depot Credit Card and having 0% interest . 0% interest rates when paid off in 12 months!
