Our sales rep Clay was excellent. He responded to all questions and concerns quickly and thoroughly. The installation crew was the best. I couldn’t believe they were able to accomplish so much in such a short time. They were the most polite, respectful, efficient hardworking crew I have ever seen. We have been very pleased with Allen Kelly & Company. We had our HVAC installed by them 17 years ago and our Trane unit has been very reliable woth no major issues. Now it is time to replace it and Marty is great to work with from explaining the issues we are having, not worth trying to repair it and giving us a choice of four options. We have commited to one of the options and look forward to many more years with Allen Kelly.

Awesome service! My air conditioner went out on a 97 degree Saturday. I called left a message and they called me at 7:30 Monday morning and had a service guy out there by noon time. Fortunately it was a minor repair. No upselling. Service guy, Jason, said he’d have it fixed in 5 minutes and we were done.
