Our A/C unit suddenly stopped working properly on a July Sunday afternoon when temperatures were soaring. I called in for service first thing on Monday morning and was so pleased to have a technician arrive that morning and he was able to determine the problem, get the part needed and fix it by early afternoon. Thanks so much for getting us back up and running and comfortable so quickly. The technician was knowledgeable, efficient and polite. We recommend this business highly.

Quick service, very professional and empathetic. The worker, Sean, was very kind and understanding of the fact that my three year old was keenly interested in what he was doing. He even took the time to explain it to my son and that made his day. Sean found and fixed the problem quickly, charged us a very fair price, and we will definitely call this company again if we need service in the future. The ladies on the phone were equally helpful and kind. Thank you all.

Had complete Heat and Air and all duct work replaced. They were supposed to schedule appointment. Received phone call asking to come next day. I was out of state. Asked to come 2 days later and said he would call back to confirm. No phone call had to call him to confirm. The installation crew was amazing and did quality work. However did not have correct thermostat. I called on 3 different occasions weeks apart about thermostat to be installed and for inspection to be completed. 5 weeks after installation they did inspection (Half fast City inspection) take it for what it’s worth. Here we are 6 weeks later still no thermostat. Went and bought one and installed myself. This is what happens when you pay them before job is complete.

This actually started in 2022. Shortly after buying my house the heat stopped working. The technicians were nice, however, have not properly diagnosed or corrected the problem. I would not use this company again. Last year I paid about $800.00. I currently have a bill from their last visit and my heat is still not working properly.
