I just had Cool Breeze July 3rd install my Bryant system in my townhouse, Stephen Bagby did an amazing job with the whole system including making the inside unit fit in a smaller area and replaced my thermostat with a modern one and replaced my condensation pump with a modern quiter one, I highly recommend them, and Chris was fast finding the major leak I had and getting me on schedule quickly so I would have air before the July 4th holiday!

We received prompt and professional service from Chris. He was very professional and educated us about our air conditioner units. He quickly diagnosed the problem and provided us with options on future maintenance. We will definitely contact Cool Breeze again should we have any future issues. Thanks Chris!

I am so please with the service I received from Cool Breeze. Chris was my first contact. Chris came out on Friday and made sure I understood everything about my unit and explained how the wheel broke into and couldn’t be fixed. Then he tried as hard as possible to make sure I had AC on Monday. Three gentlemen – Stephen, Oscar and apprentice Kaleb were here at 8:30 am Monday and worked until after 7:30 pm ( it was a large job). I was cool and comfortable before they left. Everything was cleaned up and never even looked like they were here. Stephen has to come back out to install the part with the filter that had not come in yet and change my fuse, then the inspector. From the receptionist to every person I worked with, I give them high remarks. Hopefully I never have to have another unit but they will do all my mainteance! Thank you Cool Breeze!

It has been 7-8 years since the OWNER himself came and replace the outside unit and I am STILL dealing with his ineptitude. This man from the start did not want to use the same path that the old unit used. He wanted to drill a hole on the side of my house, run the line 3 feet from the ground and cover it with a plastic white shroud on my brick home. I told him every time he suggested it no. Please, reuse the same path from the indoor furnace to the outside unit. He said “he will try but if it doesn’t work, can he do his suggestion.” Not only did I agree but I completely understood. I had to go to store and I was gone a couple of hours, coming back to him just cutting the old tubing, drilling a hole in my brick siding and had already drilled holes and placed the white plastic shroud on my house. I looked and he didn’t even attempt to take the old tubing out. I now have dogs and one of them is mischievous. She continuously tears the cheap plastic shroud off the house and bite part of the wiring. Some may say it’s not Cool Breezes fault for the dog doing that and maybe not directly but, if they cared about their customer….at all they would have listened to me and did it correctly instead of rushing to the next customer. I added pictures of the old piping that they squeezed clear caulking goo into the hole to prove what I’m saying. There are easy ways to get the tubing through the hole. An electrical snake comes to mind real fast. I am so disgusted all these years later.

I wanted thank Kesia for all her time and support to get my heating back at home, she went about and beyond, she show her human side to support my family needs, she was very professional and understanding even when my home warranty didn’t assign my order with her company, she stay on the phone with me and my home warranty till i got service order for that Friday.
