The gentleman that came to my home with his assistance was not only rude, but he tried to rip me off. He is very short patient and became irritated when I inquired about the air conditioner unit. His attitude was as if it was a great effort to go into detail and give an explanation of what was the cause of the unit malfunctioning. Beware ladies he is not an honest person. He tried to rip me off increasing the price for a home visit.

Great service received today. Called that a/c was not working, they had a technician out within an hour. He was courteous and was able to diagnose and fixed issue very quickly. Price was also “pocketbook friendly “

AC went out this morning and by lunch our house was already 86. Called Anderson’s and they arrived (on a saturday) within 30 minutes and said we needed new motor and even had the motor we needed. Within an hour and a half we had the coldest air flowing through our house. 5 stars isnt enough for how awesome they are! Sara

I had issues with my central air for a while and recently my central air completely stopped working. I called my landlord to tell them the issue and they have their own “private HVAC company” that comes out but I waited 6 hours and nobody showed up because they were backed up. I called this place and Sam came to my home in less than five minutes, knew what the issue was and replaced the broken part of my central air fan that was outside. I am very impressed and a happy customer!

The management is polite and helpful, but the technicians are not very competent. The duct cover was not well made, looks like a pond, and I have to brush off the water after each rain to stop mosquitos

I’m a very busy person and that is what they worked with the install was in one day (not all day) just about 8 hrs . The knowledgeable staff the installers were wonderful ,trustworthy , knew exactly what to do and were prepared to do the install of my ac unit . I cannot say enough great things about this company they will definitely have my business from now on. Just an all around Great experience and fantastic to work with. Thanks !
