We needed a service call for our HVAC on a Sunday afternoon. I got a call right back from the scheduler, and within 5 minutes the service tech called. He was at our house in 20 minutes! Luke was awesome and totally fixed our problem! I was so impressed by the level of service, AND how quick they got back to me on a Sunday! Super impressive! I’ll definitely use Boone Heating and Air Conditioning for everything in the future!

I cannot imagine you could find a better company to do your work! These guys have it all: excellent communication, prompt attention, fair pricing, professional and courteous employees, quality work, and a follow-up visit to ensure the job was done correctly. We engaged Boone Heating and Air to install a second zone of heat and A/C in our walk-out basement. They promptly sent a representative to quote the job and were quite easy to work with to arrange a convenient installation date. The crew that showed up were on time and were the nicest guys you would want to have doing your work. Respectful, courteous, focused on ensuring we knew what would be done, and at all times they were very polite. The day after the job was finished, they sent a tech to confirm that everything was installed as planned. In the future, I will not even think of calling someone else. These are my go-to guys.

Nathan the technician came to check on our Charmaster wood/ oil system . Nathan was thorough took his time and took everything apart and checked it all. Nathan did the adjustments necessary and the unit seems to work just fine so far. Nathan was very nice and we highly recommend him. Glad that he is with Boone Heating and Air.
