Extremely satisfied and happy with this company! I called Fastech 2000 for a second opinion. I was told by my local service company (Irvington NY) that I need a full condenser replacement (nearly $4700.00). Francesco inspected the unit, fixed a fuse, cleaned up a few contact wires and my AC was up and running. Prompt, friendly and honest service. I highly recommend Fastech 2000.

Had high expectations due to all the good reviews, but eventually didn’t feel that satisfied. Francis worked on diagnosing my furnace for about 40 minutes and didn’t figure out the root cause for the smell. Said it could be valve and igniter but wasn’t sure, so he left without fixing the issue, and still charged me $400+. He did find an issue with the placement of a cable which I appreciate though. He told me he might waive the first hour labor fee but eventually did not, so it was a $200 service fee plus additional $200 labor fee for just less than one hour, without fixing the issue. And 2 or 3 days later he quoted me another $1400 for the valve and igniter replacement. Given that he mentioned to me that if replacing valve doesn’t work he could replace the entire thing for me, I followed up and asked how much it would cost to go straight replacing the furnace. I haven’t heard back from him since then and it’s been a while.
