Highly recommended! The woman i spoke with on the phone was very kind when I called to verify our appointment & Don was very knowledgeable and fixed the issue with our pool heat pump quickly. What a fantastic group! Don was amazing. Our Trane system was in trouble…We found Syracuse Energy Systems on line, and Don was here for two days cleaning up a pretty messed up system (AC/Heat). He was precise and patient. Now things are working really well. From now on we will trust Syracuse Energy systems (and Don!) to take care of your heating and cooling needs.

This company is as trustworthy as it gets! Every time they’ve come to service my furnace, my A/C, or my tankless water heater they always go above and beyond to make sure I’m taken care of and they really know their stuff! Don is one of several of their employees who is extremely knowledgeable and honest when he comes into my home. I’m always happy to see him because I know if there’s a problem it’ll be taken care of.
