We have used Burner King for years for our heating, when our air conditioner suddenly stopped working I called Burner King to make an appointment. They arrived the same day, our technician Fred was able to diagnose the problem and repair our unit. He took time to explain the diagnostic process & the steps to the repair. He followed up later in the evening to check in to make sure the system was still working properly. We are grateful for your professionalism & knowledge in helping us stay cool in the current New York heatwave!!

I highly recommend Fred, the mechanic from Burner King. He is incredibly knowledgeable & efficient, and he has a very friendly demeanor, which made the whole experience even better.
