Sadly I have reached out numerous time and I am being ignored. Emails, texts, phone messages and social media reach outs all ignored. Horrible business practice if you ask me. Man up and face your commitments and responsibilities! You agreed on a schedule and have lied and avoided due to soo many weak reasons. Sad to say this is a company is NOT a Man of their word. Poor business practice!

I had Elite install a 5 unit Mitsubishi mini split system last year in my brand new Stony Brook house. The installation crew did a lot of work and the units work great. They are professionals with excellent customer service and the owner Rich and his crew are all very knowledgeable and return calls if needed. They just serviced my equipment and made sure everything was working correctly. Great service and communication. Highly recommend.

My A/C unit is under a warranty. Elite has been at my house 3 times already to fix my A/C which is still broken, which is unbearable given the heat advisory. I have reached out to them over the past 4 days and no one has responded to me. Please reach out to me asap as me and my wife are elderly and we shouldn’t be without A/C.

We just got our ductless ac system installed and are extremely happy. Rich and his team were very punctual and professional. If you are looking for HVAC services, I highly recommend Elite Comfort Group.

I was in a REALLY bad spot November 2022. I lost heat on my year-old Navien boiler and of course I couldn’t get a hold of the company that did the install. Luckily a friend of mine recommended Elite Comfort Group. I spoke to their office and they were able to send someone (the owner of the company – Rich) to my house the same day! He diagnosed my problem (a valve that went bad that was caused by a poor install from the original company). Rich had the part overnighted, came back the very next day (Thanksgiving Eve) and got me back up and running. I was hosting Thanksgiving that year and he literally saved the day! I can’t say enough good things about Rich and his team. Rich told me about his membership program – the Hero Club. I’ve been a member ever since and Elite Comfort Group now maintains my heat and AC systems.

I would stay away from this company. For one, they canceled our original water filter install THE DAY OF, well after the window for installation. I booked the time off work and they called and bothered my husband at work. Two, there seems to be no plumber on their team to help install full house water filters and their general crew, although hard-working, lacks experience and professionalism. The actual installation happened over a month later after my husband and I had to chase after them multiple times just for updates and an installation! So unprofessional to take your money and then go radio silent! The first service was on our tankless system and it resulted in half the house losing heat. They sent a 19 year old who didn’t know what he was doing and was asking me about the system because he couldn’t figure it out. Richard (owner) had to come at a later date to fix his mess. The second service was for the main line water filter. The crew didn’t know the general layout of the main vs sprinkler system NOR how to troubleshoot a leak that developed after their install on our brand new home built this year! When we asked what they will do about a leak they created, they just responded, I don’t know, we aren’t plumbers!! The installers also left without any instructions on use, warranty, or red flags to watch for. This ended up in us canceling the second half of our contract ( filter under the kitchen sink and hero club nonsense)/ firing as we had enough. We fired them on the spot. The icing on top, the person handling the front desk, Madison, was incredibly rude and inappropriate, hanging up mid-conversation as I explained my frustration and just talking down and speaking so rudely. If you screw up the first time, why would you send the exact same crew who screwed up, for the next job?! Use common sense and apologize for such rude service. Own up to your wrong doings and rectify the situation!!! Make sure you ask for a plumbing license on anyone about to do work in your pipes!! Also actual qualified plumbers cost less than this company. RUN!!!! UPDATE: In response to the response provided by Elite Comfort Group, the fact that your response includes a series of pathological lies is yet another RED FLAG! Please feel free to read other yelp reviews that reflect my same experience.

Avoid, Avoid Avoid Rich the owner and this team get paid and run. They make mistakes, destroy your house and never show up again. These guys are hacks with big problems. Don’t use them they are the worst. You have been warned!!!!!!

Great experience with my service call. Fast and responsive team. Owner is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me in detail. I would use this company again for burner and AC service.

Extremely happy we can call on them. Jovanny was right on time and patient with my ailing father. Very quick in working on our boiler to get it working again.
