We are regular customers and although there was miscommunication amongst the staff, and my service appointment got dropped and only the estimate for a new system was on the schedule, somehow they straightened it out and in a few hours the AC was serviced. The estimator, a young man named Dan was a very nice and friendly guy, knowledgeable and Flanders is lucky to have him! Chris HQZ came and did the repair, and he was efficient, neat, clean, and really organized and got it done. He was so friendly and made it sort of fun!! Flanders is lucky to have such a nice staff. Take care of these guys!!

We are prior clients of Flanders. We just bought a new house and the ac broke after a week. I went online and booked an appointment. I received an email and text confirming the appointment. My daughter is sick and the house is like a sauna. I phoned at 1pm to check in and the lady said yeah we called you first thing to cancel (I looked and they called at 10am but I was attending to my sick child). I said why was I allowed to make an appointment online? She said yeah it’s a problem. As we probably need to buy three new units we would have been what I would consider a good repeat customer. Now I’m scrambling calling around trying to find someone. I feel really disappointed and upset that it allowed me to make an appointment, confirm an appointment and then just tell me tough luck no there’s a glitch.

Flanders is an outstanding outfit. Reliable, courteous and knowledgeable they diagnose and fix every issue . They employ several veterans who also bring the “mission first” mentality that is the Flanders motto. For example we couldn’t figure out why the dehumidifier wasn’t working well and their tech Sgt S went through the house to an old addition where there were years of lint clogging the vents. They have installed and maintained all our units at two properties. Recently they came at 9 pm at night for an issue that they fixed immediately. Get the service contract and treat this team like gold!

My air conditioning stopped working at the beginning of a heat wave. I called & the technician was at my house within 3 hours, no small task since I live in an Island! He was knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. He went over & above the necessary to help get my system going. I am more than grateful for Flanders exemplary service!
