I had a Klimaire 36,000 BTU Split-type Heater/Air Conditioner installed by Jake Prevost and an electrician. They did an awesome job. Both were very professional and knowledgeable. The installation also included electrical wiring from the fuse box to the unit, along with electric wire guard covers. The unit worked perfectly by the time they were done. I was also very surprised that they cleaned up the entire area and removed all of the trash and large boxes that came with the inside and outside unit. Highly recommended!

Our ac went down Friday afternoon, I called Simons after hours and received an immediate call back from Cam the technician. He was at our house in just over an hour and assesed and rectified the situation immediately. Cam was very friendly and truly seemed to care about the customer, professional and prompt. You should be very thankful to have Cam on your team! Thanks again for the A+ service.

the younger tech was very friendly & normal. a second older bearded tech arrived later ignoring me when I asked him politely to move his car. When i asked if he heard me, he pitched a hissy fit. I have better things to do with my time than deal with your unhappy ill mannered staff who can’t do even the most basic civil communication

I got my initial estimate on 5/9/2024 and I needed some to to review the estimate and feel comfortable about the company. When it was getting close to the thirty I had a few questions so I called the office and left message for Neil and no return of the call a few days later I called again and left another message and again no return calls. A week later called again and spoke to a person in the installation department ant told them I was interested to start the job but had a couple questions and mentioned that my person that did the estimate was Neal. He said Neal was busy but he will get a hold of him and have him call me. We’ll another week went by and no call back. I stopped at the office and finally spoke with Neal and my questions. He said he will review the estimate and send me a new estimate. He sent me a new estimate and it was almost $3000.00 more with no changes and he said there was a price increase. There may have been a little price increase but a $3000.00 jump sounds to me like a bait and switch. I wonder if any of their customers were given this type of treatment. I am going to make a few phone calls to BBB and the Attorney Generals office if this does not get resolved

Long but well worth the read!!!! You may regret it if you don’t read it. Well I was a Don P customer, not a Simon’s customer. Was not advised that Don P no longer handles any service. Found out when a Simon’s employee showed up. So now I also had to pay Simon’s amounts and not Don P’s amounts. The Simon’s employee was fine but was unable to perform some test that requires the temp outside to be 70 (per him), but told by the office that it only has to be 60° outside. Even though they will probably never show up to perform such test bc she was not interested in putting me on the schedule to do it just kept saying they are booked into June. Ok fine. That still works. Well, would have. Not now. They expect their payment in full even though they have acknowledged that my maintenance was not completed in full. I’ve heard others say similar things have happened, but won’t happen to me twice. If I could change the stars to zero I would. Saga continues. First, after above, Don P contacted me apologizing for all of the confusion with him and the test not being performed. Also, I’ll add, he asked if I could edit or delete the above. If things turned out diff I would have, but…besides getting an attitude when I called for the appt to FINISH their maintenance that I have paid in full for, the below happened. 5/9- appt for 9:30-11, showed up at 5, no I didn’t wait, was not home. I had to call yet again to make an appt 5/17-2-4:00 Appt time. Don P called, said new appt is 5/20 -8:30-9. Even though NOW I get a courtesy call confirming 5/17 appt. 5/20 NO SHOW. I AGAIN had to contact him. This was after noon. He said he would send someone over, well it’s hours later, I don’t wait around like that for someone to show up many hours later. Have since texted Don P and now I am just ignored. Sooooo moral of the story, if you don’t mind paying for work that IS NOT performed and lots of contradictions on testing procedures and nobody showing up when they are suppose to. Then sure they are your ppl. Finale!! After several weeks of asking for a partial refund since the complete maintenance was not done, Don P has issued a full refund to me. It doesn’t make up for the disappointment, but …

I finally feel ready to write this very long overdue review for Simons Heating and Cooling after a very long tiresome road. As much as I wanted to write this months ago, I was suffering from lack of time and emotions due to my Mother’s terminal illness leading up to her death less than a month ago. When the staff at Simons found out about my mother’s condition and prognosis, they stepped up to the plate and offered my family something that I still cannot even think about without getting tears in my eyes. My parents AC system was failing and not working and had constant problems. It was the last thing my parents had time/money to deal with while my mother was dying and the staff at Simons submitted our family into the Lennox “Feel the Love” campaign where a family in need gets a new heating/cooling system donated and installed for zero cost. And guess what? We ended up being the candidate for a gorgeous Lennox mini split system that was donated and installed with zero cost by Simons Heating and Cooling. The labor, time, compassion and communication from Simons was top notch. I cannot thank this business enough for the relief they provided for my family. Dave, Jason and Danyan from their staff worked tirelessly to make sure that my parents were able to remain in a home with the proper heat/air condition during their hardest days. I will never find the proper words to say THANK YOU to the team at Simons but I hope that this review will find you well. We are forever thankful for everything you did for my family.
