A tech named Joshua showed up. I knew there was a charge for $140, after tax it became $160 for a supposed diagnosis. This man switched what was needed numerous times. I asked him to talk to my husband, which he did. He said he could get my unit going temporarily. I said get it going then we will get back about the service with parts, which was close to $2000. After I said that, he all of a sudden could not give us a temp fix. I asked him to look at my son’s room, which has no air flow. He told me I could call for another $160 service chart to diagnose that. When it came time to pay, all I had was cash. He told me I could pay cash, but he had no change. I told him to invoice me then. He got loud and said I was refusing to pay, he then called his manager. I talked to his manager over the phone where his manager had to tell him to shut up. His manager came out later that day to collect payment, with change. The manager was a super nice guy who told me he had problems with this tech earlier, and that he was in a fight with his girlfriend….
