Called and left a voicemail during normal business hours, call was never returned. Called again this morning and they said the East Mountains are outside their service area even though their site says they service Bernalillo and surrounding counties. As a veteran I was trying to support a vet owned business but I guess I should just stick with TLC.

Waste of time! I would have been a first time customer but now I won’t be a customer at all. I scheduled an appointment for a clogged toilet. They agreed to come the next day between 12 and 4 p.m. on a Wednesday. I waited all afternoon just to get a call close to 4:00 pm to say they couldn’t make it after all and if they could reschedule. I asked for when and they said Monday. Really 5 days out? I told them I would just call another company and they seemed just fine with that. They said great and have a good day. Terrible service and I won’t recommend and I will let all my friends and family know not to waste their time hiring this company.

I’ve just recently joined Strongbuilt’s Panda program after getting recommendations from a couple of other people. I’m very impressed with the three different technicians I’ve met: an HVAC specialist, drain inspector and general plumber. They all provided, by far, the most thorough inspections I’ve ever experienced in any home I’ve lived in. Thus far an A+++ experience.

Another update: fixed a review at their request still have yet to fix the job they started months ago. They make appointments and then change them at the last minute. Office staff is beyond incompetent because you are routed to call centers who have no clue what’s going on. Update: The Office Manager reached out to me to resolve the issues. The Plumber has come back out to try and fix the issues and the office manager refunded some of the balance paid. We hope to continue doing business with them in the future.

We called to get our AC system checked out and our technician Juan G. Showed up and walked us through the components he inspected. He was very professional and polite and once he conducted his repairs our AC blows colder then ever, thanks again!
