Nothing strikes panic in your heart more than your a/c dying in a 100° heatwave. But MGS Refrigeration Heating & Cooling actually answered the phone at 8 p.m. last night, and was here within 20 minutes. Larry was great, very friendly, and explained everything. I got the senior discount (they offer military discounts too). Guess it pays to be 63. Haha! $125.00 was reasonable and well-warranted for a late-night call. Thank you MGS.

The entire staff is professional, courteous and prompt. They did a very big job for me, lots of additional issues to install HVAC system in my home but handled it all without glitches at a fair, reasonable price. Most definitely recommend getting an estimate from them.

Had this company install a new HVAC unit in my house. The unit has worked perfectly but there was a couple of glitches. Gary the owner took care of the issues and his employees were courteous and professional. I am totally happy with the work they performed and look forward working with them for many years to come. Benjamin and Jeremy both came up the mountain to our house east of Cloudcroft and worked on and fixed our gas furnace. Both are extremely knowledgeable and friendly and they’re an asset to your company.
