The guys who came out here were awesome! Sal Martelli and his partner cared about our issue, gave us solutions, wore booties throughout the house without us asking, cared and cleaned up whatever little mess (not any at all) was made from them, and were efficient. Recommend all day!!

We’ve used Professor Gatsby’s for service since we moved into our house. When I called them about our AC not working (Bad Blower Motor + Frozen Lines) they sent someone out that day to inspect and troubleshoot. The technician and salesman Steve was very helpful and down to earth, he inspected our system and gave us various options for replacement. Steve dropped us off a temporary window unit after we agreed on one of their high efficiency options to use until the completed installation and hold onto for a few days after (just in case). The installer’s of our new HVAC system were extremely personable and professional, from the lead’s to the new guys being trained. The tech’s all arrived at 7:30am and got right to setup. They spent 2 days here due to the size of the project and difficulty of July heat. Nothing was performed without asking permission or clarifying the work. The tech’s laid down drop cloths from the front door to the crawl access and were very mindful of our house. The lead tech Chris brought to my attention that we had a plumbing leak starting and provided photos for me. Chris walked me through the installation before, during, and after work being performed and made everything easy to understand. These guys put in tough, long hours during a hot week to get us back up and running again and we are grateful to have chosen Professor Gatsby’s. Without a doubt I’d recommend them for your HVAC and Plumbing needs, I know I’ll be using them again!

We needed repair for a leaking pipe from our whole house humidifier. Sean explained in detail the problem and the best way to repair the leak. We use Professor Gatsby for our annual heating and air maintenance. They’re a great company. Knowledgeable, responsive staff at reasonable costs.

Not just Anthony, but i had a few occasions here where the Professor needed to come and save the day. Sal also is great, too! From the office to the street, everyone is super friendly and caring for your needs.

I recently had my entire HVAC system replaced using Professor Gatsby. To start, Brandon was my salesman and he was incredible and didn’t pressure me into getting anything I didn’t need all while taking accurate measures and creating a sketch of what would be installed. He explained all of the cost breakdown and answered any questions I had. In addition, the install crew was just as phenomenal! Chris, Sage, and Brian were on time, professional, and extremely thorough when installing my new AC and furnace. They explained every step in detail to me and made sure I knew exactly how the new units worked. I was most impressed with how they respected my personal property and home. All 3 guys worked continuously until the project was complete and ensured me it would be finished in 1 day. If these 3 are on your job, they will make sure it’s done right! Furthermore, I cannot say enough about the office staff. Every time I called the office, the girls were extremely polite and very accommodating with my work schedule. They truly know that customer service is important and gave me the peace of mind that I was in good hands. Overall, Professor Gatsby’s staff is unmatched and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone that needs HVAC services!

Dom came to our house when our AC could not keep up with our thermostat. Dom showed compassion for the heat we were experiencing and immediately went to work! Before starting any type of work he ran a few test to identify the problem, explaining each possible problem along the way! He created a quote to show us before beginning the repair to ensure we were on the same page! He quickly fixed the problem, upgraded our system and explained everything from start to finish! So happy with the experience and Professor Gatsby! The lady who called to confirm our appointment was also so nice and helpful! Highly highly recommend!
