Had Sean and James out for my yearly AC maintenance today and what can I say, but another great job by the Prof Gatsby’s team. They both were friendly, upfront, knowledgeable, and willing to take the time to answer every question I had, regardless of how simple or silly it may have been. Everyone I deal with at Prof Gatsby’s continues to be top notch, professional, and genuinely cares about getting it right. 10/10 recommend!

I signed up for their maintenance contract. High value and peace of mind knowing our home will be properly maintained. Anthony (plumbing) and Dominic (HVAC) were both knowledgeable and respectful when they came out for the services. Highly recommend

Needed plumber ASAP, , had issue with bath water spigot. Had tried to fix earlier in day, but the unit was 50 plus years old. Anthony was able to come out right away, ( called at 5 pm, was there by 6 pm) and even though he was going to have to get a new unit, he was able to at least put shut off valves in, so the main could be turned on again. Anthony came back early the next morning with everything and in a few hours everything was working right again, . Anthony knows his stuff, plus he was polite, funny, and quite a character. After getting to know him, I not only will call him in the future for any other problems but would highly recommend him to all my friends.

Called Gatsby’s about 9:00am this morning with a backed up kitchen sink. They had a tech out to my house within 2 hrs. Anthony, the tech, had everything fixed and working properly within a1/2 hr. He was polite and very knowledgeable. Having used them before to do a complete HVAC system, I would recommend them for all of your plumbing and heating/AC needs. Great service- Great prices!!
