The Elliott-McElwee team replaced my central air it was a wonderful experience from the first called to the office help to the estimator To professional team they sent out to do the work the work was completed in one day they were polite they were quiet they were very professional and clean you could hardly even tell they were in your house they were quiet excellent job would recommend them for all your heating and cooling needs

ElliotMcElwee provided the best pre and install support and sent the best HVAC installers. Pre install, EMcE presented us with 4 estimates and explained one vs the others. Trish coordinated all forms and required docs and explained the process along the way. The installers, meticulously installed the heat/AC units. It took them 2 days. After each day they gave us update what was done, checked the system before leaving. Heat was installed first. They cleaned the area after each day of install. No rush in installation. Both days, they leave the work area neat. Very commendable.

I called yesterday morning my bedrooms were overheating they sent a tech out the same day his name is Rick. Can’t say enough, how courteous and professional, and what a great job he did He purged my pipes water in the radiators. Also noticed something to bring my unit up to code. Their fee to come out was less than the first company I called. After the first night our bedrooms heat is back to normal. Thanks Rick and Elliot McElwee
