Amazing! The previous company I had used for years for yearly maintenance and repairs blew me off as a pre-existing customer and said they couldn’t get out to me for two weeks. In the middle of a heat wave with three small kids, I called Oltrom because they were from our same town. Monica was responsive and told me they would be out the SAME day or at worst tomorrow. The owner’s son was at my door in a couple of hours, fixed the fried circuit on the unit, all for less than a service call with the other guys. I will ONLY be using Oltrom from now on. They are kind, professional and prompt!

We were getting no heat and I called because of the good reviews. Chris showed up the same day just two hours after I called He diagnosed the problem, faulty flame sensor. After a little sanding the sensor was good again and we had HEAT!. Loved it. The cost? 50 bucks. Use this guy. That’s all I’ve got to say.

Chris and his men are top notch. Always pleasant, even in the worst conditions (110 degree attic/ 20” crawl space). It’s so nice to work with Chris and his team.

If you need a very reliable person also very knowledgeable person in heating , cooling, installing new furnace, boilers or AC….Cris is the one to call.. Great prices, great service, always in time, nice professional people work for him. We had many happy jobs done over the years… and anything will happen he is the first to call. 5⭐️

Chris is very responsive – he upgraded our heating and air conditioning system and has done a great, clean job. System has been working without an issue for years. The high efficiency system he recommended lowered our our energy bill as well.
