I am SO impressed with Total Energy, Andy and team. We got 6 quotes before Andy, and no one else seemed to take the time to understand the challenges of the project. Andy didn’t push “sales tactics” on us; no rushing, no fear mongering. They installed 6 mini split heads and 4 compressors at my home, which was not well set up for a project like this at all – no ductwork, vaulted ceilings, and a very long footprint. But they made it work, despite all the challenges and I’m super pleased with the end result. And everything was on budget and done a day early.

Andy and his guys were excellent. They just did a central a/c install for us and we couldn’t be happier. Andy took the time to listen to our situation and discuss options with me, including where it was installed and how they were going to route all components. They went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we needed. They installed extra filtration to help with allergies and wow what a difference it has made. They have excellent communication and showed up on time everyday and finished on time. Couldn’t ask for anyone easier to work with.

Top notch team; highly recommended! We are very satisfied with Total Energy Service after two projects. Andy and team worked closely with us to upgrade our home with energy-saving heating & cooling systems. Throughout the process, they paid close attention to aesthetic considerations as well as end-product comfort factor. They also found creative solutions to some fairly unique and challenging architectural conditions.

We got multiple estimates to get central AC installed in our old home… and either we were told it was impossible or it was going to be extremely costly. This company, with Andy as our project manager, came up with the best way to install it and at a reasonable cost. Two summers after getting it installed, we are enjoying the nice cool house!!

I’ve had a lot of work done in my home and total energy was by far the best, honest, and most professional team I have ever worked with. Look no further if you need HVAC help. I can say enough great things about Total Energy Service. Andy and his team are THE most professional contractors we have had the pleasure of working with. We have an older home and met with so many HVAC companies regarding installation of a central AC system. Where some businesses did not even want our business, or told us central air conditioning would never work in our home, Andy came in and really put in the time to find a creative solution that will cool our home, and at a reasonable cost. And then when the work began, his whole team was on time, responsive, so polite and extremely hard working. Andy himself was on site every day checking in and giving us updates. They all could not be nicer and it was a pleasure having them work in our house. They cleaned up after their work and laid down towels so as not to track dirt into the house. The system looks beautiful and we are so excited to throw away our window units and enjoy a cool home in the summer. Thank you TES!!

Excellent company. Highly recommend this company for installation of mini-split AC/heat pumps. All interactions and work done was professional. Actually enjoyed working with their employees from sales to technicians. Price was very good for top rated equipment and installation.
