Eric was able to fit us in within a few days of calling. American Home Shield had sent us 2 other companies but the wait times were much, much longer and business farther away. He showed up within the time window he stated, diagnosed the issue with our AC/Fan and had it fixed quickly. A great experience.

My furnace wasn’t working properly and it was a Sunday morning. I called Eric and he was there within an hour. He was able to get it going but it needed 2 new parts which he installed the following day. I would highly recommend him.

Eric, was wonderful. We put a service call in through AHS on Friday. He came to our house the next day, which was a Saturday. They ordered a part and fixed my furnace by noon on Monday. Professional and knowledgeable. Happy with our experience! Thanks Advanced Air Services!!

Advanced Air has been out to service both of our furnaces on separate occasions; Both from American Home Shield and then subsequently from me calling them directly. We have always been pleased with their prompt reply, service/diagnosis, and repair. Fairly priced and competent, quality work. Most recently, during the first hours of snowfall of a Nor’easter, I called at 6:30 pm because of no heat- Advanced Air was at my house within 75 minutes and had the faulty igniter replaced in 15 minutes ….heat on a cold snowy night! Dependability goes a long way in my book.
