I can’t say enough good things about the service provided by Air Quality Mechanical. They have serviced my furnace, installed venting to improve the temperature in my basement and serviced my air conditioner. All the guys (Josh, Brian, Andy and Ryan) are great, in particular Josh and Brian. They are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and considerate. I always learn a lot about my systems when they are here. Highly recommended.

Completely blown away with their office and field personnel. They’re all AMAZING to work with and very helpful. They fixed my issue with a creative solution so quickly and also thought their pricing was very fair. 10 out of 10.

This company was absolutely fantastic when my furnace went out!! Josh and his crew were GREAT! Not only were they on time, they were very friendly, polite and thorough. They explained everything to me in terms I would understand and made sure i was aware of everything that was going on. I would highly recommend for your furnace replacement!!!

Air Quality Mechanical has always been more than fair with the cost of their service. We recently had them out for a furnace tune up and they found a faulty part that was keeping it from running properly. They were able to change out the part and get us back to 100% within the same day and everything cost less than $400. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing heating or cooling services in Missoula.

We’ve had Air Quality out 3 times now to fix a variety of things on a newer home (where I think poor workmanship is an issue). Each time there has been a complete LACK of drama; they show up on time (wearing pink booties-it matches their trucks!) and do what they say they’re going to do, when they say they’re going to do it, and for how much. Processes are explained in detail and helpful advice is given along the way. No upselling or any other “con games”. The guys have all been nice, friendly, efficient, and they even like my dog. Highly recommended.

Sister called for an estimate for a new furnace, hers is non functional right now, no heat, the earliest appt for an estimate was the end of February. Sister told her that won’t work, and the “gal” says o.k., as if it was no big deal that she had no heat in the middle of the winter.

Josh and Cooper couldn’t have been more friendly, accommodating, and professional. They called in advance and showed up looking sharp, clean and ready to work. The house was built in 1964, and had lived through years of dogs and even house-rabbits. It badly needed duct cleaning. It appeared as if Cooper may have been apprenticing under Josh’s tutelage. Josh was very knowledgeable and informative, and Cooper was a receptive, curious, and eager learner. Josh explained things to me as they went along, and showed me before and after pictures of the work while moving through the house. It was amazing! Upon coming home in the evening, I could literally tell a difference in the feel of the indoor air, and a change in how the house smelled: cleaner, more fresh, and less heavy. The air even sounds different as it moves through the house and out of the registers: faster and with no impediment. I told Josh and Cooper that having the ductwork cleaned felt like taking that first shower after a lengthy camping trip. Thank you Air Quality Mechanical! -Sheila Ray
