It was Christmas day and a Sunday afternoon. We were entertaining visiting family with about 11 people in the house. It was also cold outside. Then the furnace quit. I called Bob at Elite and started a fire in the fireplace with visions of a long time without heat. Turns out, I did not need the fireplace. 15 minutes after my call, Bob was on the job. Another 15 minutes, furnace was up and running. Everyone stayed warm and toasty!

Our residential air conditioner condensing unit had failed, and Elite Mechanical was able to get us into their schedule very quickly with the right replacement equipment, quality installation, and at a great price prior to the extreme summer temperatures that we have. These guys are amazing!! Our air conditioner went out on a 90* day and it was super hot in our home. The previous company I called couldn’t get it replaced for a month. Elite came out and looked at it and replaced it that night, they even stayed late to get the job done! Super friendly and amazing guys!!

Our AC unit went out and when I called for an appointment the guys came out the same day. They had the unit in stock and returned the same afternoon to install it. They were very professional and knowledgeable and had us taken care of quickly at a fair price. I would recommend them to anyone in the future.
