After Climate Masters finished the job, I was surprised to realize … wow, even mechanical systems could be visually attractive. This was because the installers, Scott and Ethan, did an absolutely meticulous and exacting job. Our house is a 6400 sqft three story built in 1906. During the winter, the hvac system we had in place was never able to properly heat up the home. While driving one day, I spotted one of the Climate Masters’ trucks with the motto, “we specialize in older homes” and wondered if they could fix our hvac setup. Tom came to assess and bid the job, and I must give thanks to how patient he was during the process. I took an excessive amount of time to decide, and yet Tom followed up throughout this period. Climate Masters ended up installing a large 140K BTU gas furnace, ran new black iron gas piping, and redid sections of our duct work. Part of the work involved cutting through a kitchen floor with brick veneer. Scott was able to shape the vent opening beautifully. The result was that for the first time ever, the house felt … toasty during cold weather. When Spire came to activate the gas, servicemen on two separate occasions saw the installation and, without prompting, asked me which company did the job. When I asked why, they both said, “oh, it’s because they did a great job!” Everyone I interacted with throughout the process has been wonderful: Scott and Ethan came promptly at 8 am each day and finished a huge job in 1.5 weeks; Doug was great with follow up logistics, and Jennifer always friendly and helpful with office paperwork.

Climate Masters installed the AC in our house for the previous owners 20+ years ago, and when it was time to replace the units, they gave us a good price and excellent quality work. They even remembered our house from the previous install. They were able to squeeze our replacement in during a busy time and respond immediately to questions and phone calls.

We had the best experience with Climate Masters. We have an old home that required some unique thinking to fix an old problem – and they delivered. A couple other companies had provided their ideas and bids, but Climate Masters was the only one that truly tried to fix the problem AND at a very reasonable rate. Once the work started, our installation technicians, Scott and Ethan, were extremely professional and kept our home clean during their work. Old homes can provide some interesting challenges sometimes, especially for things such as ductwork. Scott and Ethan had some great ideas during installation that just made perfect sense, allowing our system to run more efficiently. Their work was very thorough – every connection was well sealed, they used proper materials and fittings, and were awesome at answering a couple questions I had along the way. In the end, we were very pleased with our choice. I would definitely use Climate Masters again and recommend them to anyone.

We have been using Climate Masters for the past 20 years. They installed our home’s first ever central air conditioned system back in 2004. We continued to have them do the annual service inspections. Recently we had to replace this unit & were pleased with how Doug handled the bid, his prompt replies to our email inquiries and contacted us with an install date once the parts had been received. Their techs had new unit installed in several hours! We have had no issues in the last 20 years with their work and would highly recommend Climate Masters. Their customer service is exceptional!

Our 30+ year-old unit finally gave out on us at the beginning of June and Climate Masters was able to get our new HVAC installed within a week despite their busy season. Tom (owner) was thorough and explained our options, Doug (owner) was helpful in getting us scheduled as quickly as possible and Scott and his team were wonderful on the installation — great communications, very friendly and work was meticulous. Highly recommend!

Climate Masters has become our go-to HVAC company. A few years ago they added a second zone AC to our old house which had previously only had one. Recently we used them to replace the 15+ year old main AC and furnace. We’ve been happy with every interaction we have had with them, from the kind lady we talk to on the phone to the service technicians, to those who have walked us through bids. We trust them to be honest and recommend the best course of action for repairs/replacement. We heartily recommend them.

We just changed over from using window units to central air. Very happy with Climate Masters!! They worked with us to choose what was best for us when installing the duct work. They are efficient, neat and really know their stuff! We mainly worked with owner, Doug and installer, Scott. If you’re going to have work done by them, ask for Scott, he’s awesome!
