Amazing! Not only did they beat their competitors price by 1500, Josh took the time to walk us through the game plan and showed us on both unit what needed done. I will only use them from now on.

I needed a twin split looked at and Daiken recommended Long Refrigeration. Rob came out and looked at the units. He was on time and professional. Their prices were in line with other competitors and Patty, in the administrative office, really went above and beyond to make sure our needs were taken care of.

Our air went down during extreme heat and Josh came right out as soon as he could! He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and worked hard to get our air up and running as soon as possible! Then he took the time to give us tips to prevent any new damage to our system. I will always call the team over at Long’s for all my heating and cooling needs! This was the second time we’ve used them and Rob, Josh, and the team did not disappoint!

Scheduled an appointment, waited around, no one showed. Called Longs, oh we canceled your appointment and no one called me. Then decided to tell me longs no longer services my area. What a joke!!!!!! Word of mouth travels far….
