I called to get service on my a/c unit. They made a timely appointment and gave me a time the technician would arrive. The technician called to let me know he was going to arrive early, which was good for me. Very nice person and professional that came in, did the repairs and let me know all I need to know. The job was done within 15 minutes since he had the parts on the truck. Not a problem with my unit since. If you need a/c service this is the company to call to get the job done fast and efficiently.

Our heater went out while I was out of town and my husband was home recovering from knee surgery. It was still very cold, especially at night, and I was extremely concerned about my husband having to wait several days to get someone out to fix the heater. I explained the situation, including a request that whoever came out go to the back door (which is right by our bedroom door) so my husband wouldn’t have to struggle to get to the front door at the other end of the house. I also asked if someone was available that day because of my concern about my husband getting cold while recovering from surgery. I called around noon and someone was at my house within a few hours, well before it got dark and the temperature started dropping. My husband called me about an hour after the repairman arrived to let me know that the heater was fixed and the house was warming up. He said it was just the pilot light but even so, my husband could not have knelt down to relight it because of his knee! I called to say thank you and found out that a part had also needed to be replaced and given the price. Given that they’d come out the same day, I expected to be charged for an emergency visit but I wasn’t. And I was surprised at how reasonable the price was. Heating and cooling systems are notoriously expensive to get serviced and repaired and I was prepared for the bill to be hundreds of dollars – it was just over $100. The invoice evidently went astray and they were very nice (and patient) over payment. I’ve dealt with maintenance companies for both residential and commercial properties and I can honestly say that I can’t think of another company that is so responsive, so easy to work with (especially just over the phone), did the job so quickly, and has such reasonable prices. I won’t hesitate to call them in the future if there’s something that needs a professional to repair!
