They came and serviced our fireplace last year and this spring came to clean out our dryer duct. Service was timely and efficient from the initial call to the end. They give a small time block that the technician will be there and then have the technician call when they are 15 mins away. This is extremely helpful in scheduling. Pricing was reasonable and technicians were respectful of our home and time. We will use them again.

I came into store 5 minutes before close . They checked my my old parts and looked up the correct part for my a/c and showed me how to install my wires . Then sold me the part at a very fair price . Very happy with the service !!

Whether it is the office staff or technicians, they are prompt, good communicators, courteous knowledgeable and professional I have to give a shout out to my experience with the fireplace shop technician, Eric! He is all of the above and more. I just can’t say enough of how much I appreciated him As a small business owner myself, you always hear the negative.
