Great service from competent technicians. They take the extra steps to ensure great customer relations (calling before arriving for service, consistently send surveys to gauge customer satisfaction). Employees stay with the company, which speaks volumes, and means the guys know our equipment from one service call to the next.

Heise told us that they a technician would arrive between 1pm and 3pm. This 2 hour window was easy to plan for, and sure enough Adam did arrive around 1:15pm. He diagnosed the problem very quickly and provided an exact estimate to include parts, labor, and the service call. The pricing was very reasonable, and although they had to order the parts, they were able to come perform the repair in under half an hour on the same day the parts arrived. Adam was very professional, very knowledgeable, and very helpful. We are happy to have A/C again, and we will continue to use Heise for our HVAC needs. Thank you!

was told that it would be 700.00 ended up costing 1400.00 when it was all said and done. and I’m pretty good at working on gas furnace so the wool was not pulled on me!!!

Its nice to have a FAMILY business to turn to with something as important to your life as your heating and cooling units. Many of us rarely think about these things until something goes wrong, which is why I like working with Johnny, Jeremy and and the rest of the team at Heise Heating and Cooling. I have had numerous conversations with them regarding how to save money on HVAC costs, what air filters to use (*hint, buy the cheap ones and change them more frequently!) and the real reasons to have your furnace checked prior to using in the winter. Having them check things out a few times per year can save you a fortune in the long run!
