The whole team at D&B is top rate. Treavor is an excellent sales rep and the two guys that swapped out the system were very hard working professionals. I can’t believe the difference in temperature from just a day ago. The system is keeping the house cool in 93 degree temperature. I have to turn the thermostat up so it doesn’t get too cold in the house now. Very efficient system. I am really glad I decided to have D&B install the HVAC system. I have had their services since 2007 and they have always done a great job. The installation took less than 5 hours and that included removing a very difficult blower unit and the compressor. Don’t hesitate to have them put your system in.

Just had an AC Unit installed by D&B and they were honest, showed up and had reasonable pricing and better warranty than the other quotes I received. They installed what was a very tight fitting unit in such a small closet and did a super job! They even improved the piping and installed a better more accessible air filter box for me to make it easier to change the filters! The owner Ray is a very nice guy and came out himself to do the quote along with Trevor. Def recommend this company!!!! They have been more established in the Branson area doing lots of commercial work but have a location in Ozarks serving the Springfield area.

Over a decade ago, someone from my company listed a poor, one-star review for D&B HVAC. I, the current owner of Lightspeed Electrical, am writing to set the record straight and retract that statement. We (myself nor my company) have never personally done business with Dave or his company. I am greatly disappointed that someone representing my company would have used this as a platform to leave a misleading and damaging review. It is clear that D&B HVAC has many happy customers that have left reviews on Google, which is an accurate testament to their level of professionalism. I offer this sincere apology to Dave and his entire team.

7/19/23 My husband placed a call to D & H and they came out the next day. Our condenser had frozen over and a part was ordered. Ronnie came and repaired my ac unit. There had been 2 of the hottest days in a long time in our area and Ronnie got it going. I cannot thank D&H enough!

EXCELLENT!!!! VERY HIGHLY recommend. Wonderful people on the phone and that came to fix air conditioner. Very polite, professional, nice, and go out and above to get job done quickly. Fit us in on same day. Can not say enough good things about these people! Thank you!

Nick was great to work with in getting an original service call and quote for the work that was needed. Upon arrival, Ronnie and another technician were very professional, great at explaining the work, and efficient. Finally, Cindy at the office was very helpful during the payment process. I couldn’t have asked for a better team of professionals, and I am grateful that Nick has recruited me as a D&B customer!

HONEST ! My family and I have used D&B Hvac about a dozen times in last 10 years. Workmanship has always been great and prices always fair(typically better than anywhere else!) Services have been anything from entire new HVAC system installed to a $200 repair made on the spot. Great company/people.
