When my HVAC system died during a horrible heat wave, these folks went out of their way to make sure I had a temporary unit to keep me safe and cool while we waited for the heat to let up so that they could do the permanent installation. Their work on the permanent installation was thorough and professional and I know I can count on them.

Replaced a motor. $$$$ later. Then stops working, called back out “nothing wrong” just turn it off for 2 hours. Charged $ again. “Don’t call us back out”. Now I have an elderly widow with no air when it’s 101 degrees out!!! Seriously?? I guess if it’s not a new install it’s not worth their time….terrible.

Our home would not maintain temperature (2 4 ton units on a 2800 ft2 ranch). They came and left in an hour. Cleaned condenser coils and added freon to one unit. Ensured the air handling unit drains were clear too. Now AC maintains house at 73F with outside temp of 99F. Love this business and the staff.

My neighbors recommended Temperature Control Specialists, and the company lived up to the recommendations. The response time was GREAT, Greg was (is) friendly and professional. He told me what time he would be at my home and arrived on time. He also explained what services were needed to repair the unit. TCS is truly a FIVE STAR COMPANY. The company is now listed in My Contacts, because I will definitely be a repeat customer.
