This is a very fair, dependable, and knowledgeable company. They keep their word, show up on time, and get the job done. For sure! A/C running great, and we thought the price was fair. Would recommend them in a heartbeat!

So thankful for the quick response from Tommy H. at Dependable AC. The heat is insane right now in Gulfport and I was scared we would have to wait a long time to get anyone to come by. Tommy came by the next day and had things running right within an hour. He explained everything well and we will have him back for sure! Thanks for the great service! Nice to know that good reliable people are still out there!

I can’t say enough great things about these guys. Not only was the quote for a new AC installation thousands below other estimates I received, installation was timely and very professionally done. Highly recommend.

Had an old system and decided to upgrade. Dependable was well under other quotes I received for the same product (brand, size, etc.). The experience didn’t stop there. Tommy was super prompt and professional. All around good dude. Had my old system removed and new system installed right before lunch time. Tommy also noticed my louvers and vents were pointed in sub-optimal positions. I took the time yesterday evening to get them turned around and what a difference it made. Do NOT hesitate to call Dependable. You will not be upset.

My experience with Dependable was an excellent experience. I called several other companies, most of which never even bothered to return my call. If a company doesn’t call you back when you want to pay for service, the chances of them returning your call when you need warranty work are probably very poor. Dependable was prompt, courteous and competent. I called one afternoon for a quote and they were there early the next morning to replace my complete condenser unit. The price I was quoted was the price I paid. No games. No surprises. The price I was quoted was substantially less then other companies. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND DEPENDABLE AC & HEAT.

Tommy is Awesome! He has been our AC service guy for several years. They do good work, fair pricing and are very responsive to customer needs. Call them with confidence, you will not be sorry. Just a good dude .

Do not think twice!! Call Dependable AC & Heat if you need any work done requiring their expertise. These guys are the real deal. Our unit had trouble holding onto freon and had to be refilled several times by other AC companies who didn’t bother trying to look for a leak. These guys were available the same day I called and found the leak, and we’ve had no issues since. They are so polite and professional. On that service call, apparently the check I gave in payment got misplaced and wasn’t found until three months later. Instead of just depositing the check out of the blue, the repairman went all the way to my old address listed on the check, which happened to be my parent’s address, to leave a hand written note explaining and apologizing for the mishap and to give me a heads-up that the check would be deposited soon. That kind of courtesy is a rare find these days, which is why I am not even mad that the check was misplaced and neither should his boss. With that said, boss man of Dependable AC & Heat, if you don’t already have an “Employee of the Month” program, let him be the first 😁
