I had multiple small gas leaks due to sloppy installation of an on-demand water heater. The technician that was sent over dismantled and then put together the gas pipes so that all the gas fittings were tight. He used a pipe wrench that was four feet long to appropriately tighten the fittings. I highly recommend Admiral.
