never came to do the work but was fast to send an invoice to pay for a service they never provided. I will be contacting the better business bureau to research this method of scamming . SHAME ON YOU FOLKS

Air conditioner for my business stopped working, I scheduled an appointment with Corporate Mechanical the technician was suppose to arrive at 7:30am (I came in two hours before we opened to meet them) around 1:30pm he finally arrived. Said it was a bad motor and the service department would contact me the next day with a quote. I was hoping to have the work completed right then and have functioning air conditioning for my business but that wasn’t the case. The next day, no one called me so I called them. I was told by the service department someone else in some other department will call me back with the quote. I explained that this is an emergency and honestly I don’t care how much it will cost I just need this to get done ASAP. The service department took my message and said that I would receive a call back within a few minutes. It is now the end of their business day and no one has returned my calls. I have now scheduled with another reputable company that does repairs at the time of service. I should have checked the reviews prior to wasting my time, shame on me. Learn from my mistake, go with another company this place is a joke!
