The experience with Bob Boldt HVAC was five stars all the way around. From Rachel on the phones to Joel the technician and Jake and Chuck doing the installation. All were prompt, professional and clearly answered all our questions throughout the entire process.

There are so many HVAC companies to choose from that it is difficult to make a good decision. I decided right from the start that I didn’t want to call the big guys, the ones on TV all the time. So I started to search for a smaller company with personal service. That was a good choice. I got estimates from 2 others and they were both close. I selected Bob Bolt HVAC based on their representative. Joel was very friendly and knowledgeable. By the time he surveyed our home and discussed things with me I had made up my mind that he was a person I wanted to do business with. We made a date and they were right on time. Sam & Charlie installers were just like Joel – friendly and knowledgeable. They were very respectful of my home and my questions. I liked watching them and could see how carefully they were installing and adjusting everything. I would say that from beginning to end, everything was exactly what I had wanted. We will use them again.

Joel repaired and cleaned my AC unit. Some wires were replaced that had been cut . He was professional and personable and made sure it was working properly. He went above and beyond and I would definitely call them again for any maintenance or repairs.
